Plant and Equipment

Efficient operations lead to cost savings and more competitive pricing. At Ace efficient production begins in our well equipped plant. Longer than a football field, our plant has plenty of room for processing structural steel components. The 70’ x 320’ building is served by two ten-ton bridge cranes with 22’ hook height. Duplicate cranes combined with linear flow through the facility speeds fabrication. Plenty of floor space allows us to fabricate larger components such as structural trusses and bridge beams.

On-time delivery to the job-site is critical in these days of compressed schedules and space constrained sites. To facilitate on-time delivery, Ace has its own trucking system with multiple expandable trailers and our own tractors. The multitude of trailers allows us to pre-stage loads in our outdoor yard and deliver as efficiently as possible to the erector on site.
