Ace Iron & Steel Corp. was selected to partner with Birmingham, AL based Brasfield & Gorrie to deliver the new Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek. This project consisted of furnishing and installing 350 tons of structural steel, (3) metal pan stairs, and miscellaneous metals throughout. Additional services included delivering a fully modeled structure for early BIM coordination. The project was developed by The Sanders Trust, one of the nation’s leading healthcare real estate investment and development companies. Congratulations to the construction team and City of Oak Creek on this impressive new hospital, which fills a void for extended rehabilitative care.
